Our artists value your time just as much as they value their own. To reschedule, cancel, or change the type of service you're coming in for, please give us at least a 48 hour notice. If a cancellation, rescheduling, or change in service occurs within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee must be paid before you book your next appointment. Each of our artists sets their own fee for these last minute changes. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you!
If you miss your appointment no call no show, you will be required to pay 50% of any future services you schedule as a deposit to hold your next appointment.
Our artists appreciate your business and always strive to be on time for your appointment. Unfortunately one late customer can put us in a position where an artist may be unable to be on time for their following appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule or modify the services you'll be receiving to avoid making the artist late for their later appointments. You may also be charged an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding!
Refunds & Adjustments
At Honey Salon we want every client to be thrilled with the service they receive. That’s why we offer a detailed consultation prior to each appointment. Despite this, there’s always a chance things might not turn out the way you hoped. While we strive to make sure it never happens, if you are unsatisfied with your service please reach out to your artist within 1 week if your appointment. The artist will speak with you as soon as possible to discuss a resolution. HONEY is not responsible for returning services, each independent artist has to resolve the issue at hand.
Our refund policy:
1. The product must have been purchased at Honey Salon during the initial appointment in order to maintain proper hair care at home.
2. You must come into the salon to meet with your artist before we can consider your refund.
Guests & Children
HONEY is a place of comfort and relaxation. Please use your best judgment when bringing your children and friends if they do not have an appointment, as space is limited.
When bringing small children to your appointment, we request you bring another adult to accompany your child while you receive service.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19; have been exposed to a COVID-19 confirmed carrier; are awaiting test results; or have been told by a healthcare provider you should quarantine, we respectfully ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.
If you are feeling ill, we request you please reschedule your service no sooner than 48 hours after you feel well again. If you have lice, we request you please not visit the studio until you are declared lice free.
Be advised, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting HONEY Salon you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
